Phillip Jones III


Phillip, CEO and founder of Platinum Resource Group, as a former Door Gunner that served two tours of duty in the United State Marine Corps is firm believer in the core values of Honor, Courage, and commitment. As CEO he is responsible for running all facets of the business to include expansion of services.

Phillip has a proven executive management track record and over 15 years of his experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth.

Phillip as the CEO of Platinum Resource Group and is responsible for all day to day business activities of contract management, procurement and development activities serving major departments of the United States by providing world class services. Phillip has led such intiatives as the Center of Excellence in telecommuncation in Space and Technology for Morehouse College where he led a development team in researching the application of store and forward communications for deep space.

Phillip is a graduate of Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University and has further experience serving in support activities sorrounding telecommunications and network communications for several Fortune 500 companies.

Phillip is still the board president at Faith Tree Inc. which is a non profit that is focused on education development and housing for disabled veterans.

Nicole Jones

Strategic Visionist

Nicole Jones provides leadership and leads PRG’s strategic vision throughout the organization. She brings her decades of experience to the operational, managerial, and administrative procedures, reporting structures and operational controls to the executive team and effectively communicates and fosters growth among the executive team and all PRG’s staff.

Nicole Jones brings her twenty years of professional experience in project management working with Fortune 500 companies such as Lockheed Martin and Carmax Auto Finance. Her accomplishments include as the lead for implementing process improvements in the company’s automation system for generating customer correspondence which lead to increased in productivity and lowered business costs. Nicole obtained her Bachelor degree in Project Management with a Masters in Education.

Youssef El Mlaki

Proposal Manager

Youssef El Mlaki holds both a Bachelor's in International Business Management and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a Project Management specialization from Cardiff Metropolitan University in Cardiff, Wales.

Youssef joined PRG in 2021 as a Proposal Manager responsible for promoting business development with federal government agencies. Youssef's extensive experience and understanding of government procurement and organizational needs are furthering PRG's commitment to helping make government services more efficient for departments and more effective for citizens.

Prior to joining PRG, Youssef had various professional experiences with multiple US Federal Contractors, which saw him drive new business development by writing and managing proposals and crafting compelling value propositions that have contributed to winning more than $20 million in new business with the US Government. Youssef has additional significant experience in managing or supporting mass media, technical documentation, and marketing communications projects.

Rushell Volpe

Vendor Services Manager

Rushell Volpe, Vendor Services Manager Platinum Resource Group Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything I do, both professionally and personally. As the vendor services manager I am creating and cultivating relationships with vendors daily. I believe the key to any relationship whether professional or personal is integrity and open communication.

I enjoy anything outdoors. Often you will find me running trails, tending my garden or spending time with our 5 children. I am also an advocate for medically fragile children and help parents (like myself) any chance I get.
